Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a touch of old-world charm but very well-equipped and had a fantastic heating system. The service was top-notch, ensuring a lovely and safe stay even during these challenging times. The location was excellent, on the western side of Ireland and close to Shannon Airport. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs. The tropical fruits were a delight, but some dishes fell short of expectations. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although lacking a view of the castle's lush surroundings, were large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, even featuring our very own Christmas tree. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. However, the lack of scenic views was a downside. The service was outstanding, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly, exemplifying the true Irish hospitality. The location was wonderful, offering a peaceful retreat in Rural Clare with easy access to the highway while still maintaining a secluded feel. The dining experience was a highlight, with a rich variety of well-prepared options delivered to our room. Despite the lovely location, the dining experience at the Figtree was subpar, lacking excitement and notable dishes.
I had a fabulous stay at the hotel! The rooms were modern and comfortable, although a bit tight for space. The service was outstanding, with everyone from the reception to the spa going above and beyond to make my stay stress-free. The location was absolutely beautiful and serene, offering a relaxing atmosphere and unique activities like falconry. The dining was exceptional, though some items were not up to par. Overall, a great experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully modern and so comfortable, but I noticed they were a little dated. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, set on the western side of Ireland and close to Shannon Airport. The dining experience was mixed, with some of the best food I've had on my trip but some service issues. Overall, a lovely experience.
